1. Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery when:

  • Items are unworn and in original condition
  • All tags and hygiene seals are intact
  • Original packaging is included
  • Proof of purchase is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items
Cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (marked “non-returnable”)
  • Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized products
  • Swimwear with removed liners

3. How to Return

  1. Initiate return at HunkemollerUS.com/returns
  2. Pack items securely with original tags
  3. Use prepaid return label (U.S. only)
  4. Drop at any UPS location

4. Refund Processing

  • Allow 5-7 business days after we receive return
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable

5. Exchanges
For size/color exchanges:

  1. Return original item via standard process
  2. Place new order for desired item
  3. Email us for price adjustment if needed

6. International Returns

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Mark as “Returned Goods” on customs form
  • Refund excludes original international shipping

7. Damaged Items
If item arrives defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days
  • Provide photos of damage
  • We’ll cover return shipping costs
